My parents were actually pretty creative, haha!My mom told my big brothers that they only had a 1000 words to say till they died.So whenever they'd talk alot, she'd ask them if they wanted to waste all their words when they were little. So they stayed quiet! haha.My aunt used to tell my cousins that their eyes would turn black if they cried alot and they all have coloured eyes. So whenever they'd start crying, they'd run to the mirror and check if their eyes changed colour.My dad convinced my brother to read a book every week so at the end of the week, he'd wake up and run to the door and open it and there would be a new troll for him to add to his collection. He did that for 3 years till my big brother (AY) showed him the big box of trolls above my parent's closet. Tell me your experiences with how ur parents would make u stay quiet or get ready to sleep or study or eat?

when i was little i never wanted to try new things so one night my mother made me eggplant and she told me it was burnt french fries.....it worked -- i ate it. but then i told her they tasted weird lol
