I am 32,male.I had polio in my early childhood and recovered but my neck got bent to one side and the muscle of my right hand are nill. I want to know if I can do surgery and get my neck straight and get my muscle corrected. Is there any hospital or clinic in India where I can get surgery to straighten my neck and correct my muscle,If so please give their full address. I don't mind even to go abroad for this.But I can't afford much.

it's probably been too long for any type of surgery to be done. depending on the muscles and nerves, surgery might not work. go see a doctor.
