You know, what do I probably have that could give me a boost of energy, but not unhealthily? IE, are peanut butter sandwiches good? Also what are some foods that give you a lot of energy throughout the day?I did a search, all I found was that eggs and yogourt are good but kinda fatty, and cereal is good too. Is this correct? Other than that it was mostly about energy bars. > That's not what I want.
