Grilled cheese.Grilled cheese with a bowl of soup.Soup.Fried egg sandwich.Scrambled eggs with toast.Cereal and toast.Hamburger or cheeseburger.Ham & cheese sandwich.LARGE tossed salad, crackers on the side.

I dont know what you have but you can make some grilled chz sandwiches and eat those with some chips.
