Default how do I beat city ordinance of pets per household?
My city only allows three dogs and or cats per household.Is there a way to get around this law? Like maybe pay an additional fee besides having them licensed.

How do they define "household?" Read the actual law, you might find loopholes. Can you hide the animals?Start a petition to have the law revoked.
