Best thing to add weight to your routine is use canned goods. Hold a heavy can, bottle of detergent or a few books, etc between your chest and abs while you do your crunches. Only thing I can think of.

Just learn to do crunches correctly - all you need is a floor. Crunches will give your abdominal muscles definition, and if you have very little stomach fat the muscles will show through.

Ok so you want to get a six pack right so i have tried this a defiently works so you hang on a doorway upsidedown and swing up and grab the frame of the door and do the same in reverse (which mean you have to grab the door frame with your feet once you get this down you will get abs in like a week you have to do at least 50 of these a night too .
