Default How do I ensure my toddler is getting enough calcium?

My 18 month old son has a severe milk allergy. If he ingests milk, milk by-products or any processed foods containing milk he is covered from head to toe in hives. I'm wondering if anyone (possibly in the same situation) has some suggestions on ensuring he gets the calcium he needs.

Have you considered Goat Milk? It's much less likely to cause allergies and is very healthy.Otherwise, consider supplements added to his food. Calcium can be found in other foods that a not dairy based.
