Hi (:Well i was going to begin homeschooling after the summer because the school has just let me and now the schools are on holidays but i'm wondering when is a good time to start and am i aloud holidays? and do they have to follow the schools my friend told me that we don't get that much but my mum thought we did so what would you say i live in the uk at the moment.

Hannah M knows her stuff! :-) Makes me wish I lived in the UK and not one of the most restrictive states in the US in terms of homeschooling. One thing I'd like to add is that you might prefer following your own schedule and doing a little bit of "schooling" year-round. I've found, for example, if my daughter goes for more than a couple weeks without doing math, she forgets how. Happy homeschooling!
