Water. Gatorade is all sugar and chemicals and Vitamin Water is proven bad for your body.

Water. Why? water is natural. Vitamin water is full of sugar believe it or not. It was listed as one of the unhealthiest drinks you could drink. Gatorade also has sugars. Gatorade also has electrolytes which help if you are dehydrated, but at the same time, it still has sugar, whereas water does not.

Depends on what you are doing... gatorade if you are working out really hard in the heat or working out for a long period of time... you need those electrolytes... but other than that.. just regular water is the best for you!!!!!!! I never recommend vitamin water to anyone... too much sugar and calories.

water is always the best route to go. Gatorade has things in it that are bad for you like high fructose corn syrup and other artificial flavors, vitamin water also has some of these same things as well as lots of sugar. so water will always be the better choice.

water or propel, gatorade is hard on your kidneys, and light cranberry juice is a good fluid body flush

None of them, I use Simply Nutrilite Twist Tubes which are basically Vitamin Water without the sugar and they are a million times better tasting and better for you and more convienient and much much cheaper than all of the above that you named. It's basically concentrated liquid vitamins in a little tube that you can carry with you and add to a 16.9 oz bottle of water and it's only about $.55 a tube so I would say that's best.
