| =( had been doin so well for 2 weeks!!! then... i went 4 the pringles, & ended up eating the WHOLE packet.... How can I justify this?!?! how much exercise do i need to do now??

| It sounds like you're depriving yourself of something- hence why dieters binge.Instead of DIETING, focus on eating healthy foods for the most part, and unhealthy foods sparingly. Drink plenty of water.Listen to your body.Figure out when you're most vulnerable for temptation.It takes 3500 extra calories to gain a pound of fat...I think you'll be ok!
