What are the best cities to raise a family? I mean a safe, comfortable and friendly environment for not too much money. I also want to stay semi-close to my family. Not half an hour drive, but not plane ride, either. They live in North Eastern Pennsylvania.Where are some good places?Are there any good websites about good cities raising a family or anything like that?

i have an awesome place for you but it's kinda far from where u live, It's in Columbia, Maryland. maybe some money, but the rest is perfect, good schools, perfect environment, and i guess it's semi-close to your family.
