Hi. Im a sophomore majoring in Business Admin with my option in marketing and am taking an entrepreneurship class right now. Im eventually hoping to get my masters in marketing.

This is how I see it.Entrepreneurship, isnt always taught...some are born with the abilities and capabilities to start and hold a business down.According to my Entrepreneurship course, you don't need to have an existing business...Just a well thought out Product or Service and a good Business plan!Which includes things like:-How you are going to finance your business-What your demographics are or who your Target market is (what kind of people are you selling to?)-Current local trends (how are bakeries doing in the area/city of interest)-Competition (are there other bakeries, and if so how close/far away are they)-Management Style(are you going to do everything yourself or are you going to divvy up the work) -etc.My advice is to major in Marketing, find a good paying job, pay off your student loans and then consider saving your money for the bakery or taking out a Small Business Loan.As long as your passion, will, and determination is there to open up this Bakery...I say dont fret about majoring in entrepreneurship, just take some intro and refreasher courses and you should be set and on your way.

GoodLuck
