what are the french fries at applebee's cooked in?

what are the french fries at applebee's cooked in? i am going to applebee's for dinner this evening and since i am a vegetarian/vegan, i would like to know what the french fries there are cooked in. is it just vegetable oil? is it animal fat? do they have beef extract? or is there any animal products at all in their french fries? please help me!

the fries are free of animal products and are cooked in vegetable oil, but it is the same oil the meat is fried in. i don't know how strict you are about that.
