| I have a recipe for Pickled Red Grapes that I really want to try. It calls for White WINE Vinegar. All I have at the time is Heinz Distilled White Vinegar. Can I use it instead of the Wine Vinegar? Will it make very much difference?ThanksLisa

| wine vinegar is not as harsh as the white. Use a little less, and maybe add a little sugar to take the edge off the white. As far as the amount less, that's something you're just gonna have to wing. Good Luck!
