Default I need a recipe for 1 cupcake. Can anyone help?

We're planning a kids' cooking party and I'd like the kids to make their own cupcake from scratch. The plan is to have all the ingredients in front of them and they'd use measuring tools to mix their ingredients in their own bowl. Could someone please help? I know there are other ways of doing cupcakes, but I thought the kids might enjoy it this way. Thanks in advance!

this recipe is pretty easy!! vanilla cupcakes....all you should do is probably make it easier for the kids to put the stuff in!! maybe prepare some of it before hand!! HERE---Ingredients: *5 oz. Butter - softened*5 oz. superfine sugar*6 oz. self-raising flour*3 eggs*1 tsp. vanilla extractInstructions:1.Preheat the oven to 350F 2.Line a 12-cupcake pan, with cup cake papers 3.Crack the eggs into a cup and beat lightly with a fork 4.Place all the ingredients in a large bowl5.Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes, until light and creamy6.Divide the mixture in the muffin pan 7.Bake for 18-20 minutes until risen and firm to touch8.Allow to cool for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack9.Allow to cool fully before applying the frosting Yields: 12 cupcakesFrost with purchased vanilla frosting. Enjoy.....for more fun put food dye colors in the frosting and put the frosting in bags. cut a tiny hole at one corner and give each kid a bag of frosting!! they can decorate their own cupcakes!!
