Do you have some bread? If so butter it and cut it into four triangles.Whisk the eggs milk and garlic together.Layer the bread in a dish, scatter some of the cheese and onions, put another layer of bread, scatter some cheese and onions. Finally pour over the eggs mix - meant to say add the salt to this.Put in the oven and bake on a moderate -high heat for 30 -40 mins. Its delicious. Have with salad, or on its own and definitely with a glass of cold beer or white wine.

Hmmmm! With those ingredients I would suggest a caramelised red onion souffle with a garlic chutney followed by a salty creme broulee.Bon Apetite!

Make a savory egg custard . Its like a quiche without the pastry.sprinkle with extra grated cheese, when set,and flash brown under a grill. Its not as quick, time wise as an omelet, but you don't have to stand over it while it cooks, giving you free time to prepare for whatever you are rushing to do.

Quick tea;In a cup put boiling water and a tea bag and allow to draw for a few minutes.Add two or three teaspoons of sugar or sweetener and a little milk.Remove tea bag and serve hot. Please also remember that the word "tea" refers to a warm drink and not to any specific meal time like the words;Breakfast, lunch and supper does.Have a lovely cup of tea.
