| Just know that you are in the company of millions of other women! You 'feel' fat and ugly because of the PMS, you are not fat and ugly. If you are experiencing pain/cramps, try a midol. If it's just your feelings then try exercising to release some endorphins to make you happier. Not vigorous exercise, but maybe a light walk or some yoga. I think it would really help. You are not alone in this, don't worry.

| it might be just hormones or maybe your bloated. try some light excersice to make you feel better because sitting around will most likely make you feel even more fat. hope this helps.

| Ah, I know what you mean! Ever since I started working out, I feel a lot better during that period. Also the bloating is not as much, the cramping is pretty relieved and here's the best part: the period got a lot shorter/lighter.
