I am in a second pregnancy and my son is 10 months old will I experience

morning sickness? I am now in my sixth week of pregnancy and my son is 10 months old and I was wondering if I would have morning sickness with having two so close together? I have been experiencing dizzy spells that go away within 15 to 20 minutes of resting should I be concerned about this?
