| You first have to report it to the PMO Military Police and then bring the report to the ID section. You are already in the system and they will know who you are just from your fingerprint info on the computer. Bring the SSN,Birth Certificate and Marriage License also.

| You also need to give fingerprints, a blood sample, and a stool sample.Just kidding.Different commands and different services have different requirements. If you could start with what command was located where, in what service, I'd be able to better answer your question. Some ID card locations do not issue replacement ID cards without a letter from the command stating why it needs to be replaced; ID cards are controlled documents and their loss often results in a Page 11 entry or other disciplinary action.

| For a lost or stolen ID card, you need to report it to Securit Forces Pass and ID if on AF base, the MPS if one Army and so forth. You will be issued a letter to take to the Personell section to have a new ID issued. If at home station, some bases require a letter signed by your commander. (but any base can issue a new ID). Once there a military member doesnt need an ID, just a fingerprint to prove who they are, Dependents need one PICTURE ID to prove who they are.If you do not have a picture ID, you will need to have your DL reisued first.
