Pregnancy and clomid?

So I am on about day 24 after taking clomid. I had my progesterone done at cd 18 and it was 19. Now I have a lot of cm, cramps, hot flashes, multiple bowel movements a day. and my boobs and nipples are really swollen. A little sore but more swollen. What are my chances these are pregnancy signs rather than clomid. I go in tomorrow for an ultrasoundCategory
