how long does a blood pregnancy test take?

i am feeling so tyred with a head ache soar brests lower back pain and my stomach feels bloted. we are trying to concieve. i am at 10 dpo. i was wondering if i go in to the doctors tomorrow and get a blood test done, by when will i get the results
