hi, im thinking of using a birth control method, but im not sure which is better. Ive used the pills before,but i dont want to go on the pill again, because i get so cranky and with real bad headaches.ive also used the patch, and i did love it, i lost like 10 pounds, and no side effects. but i heard that it causes some kind of problem and am not sure if they are still available. I'm thinking of using the IUD method , but not sure, can someone pleaze tell more of it. side effect? does it work?how safe is it? Thanks!!sorry, i did not mention it. but i have 2 beautiful daughters , one is 9 and the other is almost 4.oh , and no the shot is not an option 4me. i hate the idea of the shot every 3months.

You can not get a IUD unless you have had one child. what about the Nuvo-ring or the shot?
