Adriana is really cute! I don't really like Pauline, but since it's a family name, I don't mind so much.

I like Adriana, it's pretty and not very common. I'm not crazy about Pauline, but it's not like people are going to be calling her by her middle name anyway.

Sounds good. Flows nicely. Are you okay with the nickname "Ana"? Also, will it be Adri-AN-a or Adri-AH-na? It is unique without being weird.

its up to you really what you think, it is a nice name, but if you think other wise then give it her as a 3rd name? like i want Keaten Darren James. its up to you really at the end of the day you have to live with it not anyone else
