Default Would you name your baby after someone that died?

like my brother died very young at 28 I was thinking of naming my baby after him if its a boy, but not the first name as the middle name. Its like I am trying to keep a part of him going so he doesnt all together lose himself in death and fade away. Its hard after you get past the despair, because then they just "fade away"...

I think that's a really nice idea, and I'm sure your son would appreciate it as he got older, knowing that he's named after his uncle. My middle name was the name of my grandmother who died before I was born, and I'm really proud to have her name.

My son's middle name is for my brother who died in a car accident (age 20) when I was 16

I'm giving my baby Kristan the middle name Morsa after a friend of mine that died when we were 5 years old....She had stomach and brain cancer.
