I got this information from the book 'Freakonomics' and two other similar surveys on the subject, the names on the left are names that are used mostly by high-income families and the names on the right are names that are used almost mostly by low-income families. I'm not trying to offend anybody, and note that I said 'low-income' and not trashy or anything. : ]Lucienne or MistyMarie Claire or ShyanneClementine or Tonya Adair or Katey Phillipa or Crystal Waverly or Abby Zofia or LolaEleanora or Tabatha Flannery or Lexi Pascale or CrystalLinden or Tori Beatrix or JaylnnOona or Mikaela Rotem or CharlieAviva or Shaylee Faulkner or Laylah Grania or Tiffanie Spalding or Brandi Astrid or Kylee I think some of the names that are more unusual (Rotem, Oona) are Jewish.

Here are my preferances...Lucienne or Misty-MistyMarie Claire or Shyanne-ShyanneClementine or Tonya-ClementineAdair or Katey-Neither! I think the first is odd and second is dullPhillipa or Crystal-PhillipaWaverly or Abby-WaverlyZofia or Lola-None,both awful names in my opinionEleanora or Tabatha-NoneFlannery or Lexi-LexiPascale or Crystal-PascaleLinden or Tori-LindonBeatrix or Jaylnn-BeatrixOona or Mikaela-MikealaRotem or Charlie-NoneAviva or Shaylee-NoneFaulkner or Laylah-LaylahGrania or Tiffanie-TiffanieSpalding or Brandi-BrandiAstrid or Kylee-AstridThanks, that was fun and interesting! As you can see I like names from both sides, or none. I think some people can choose a name they think sounds classy but they can go too over the top and to me it can end up having the opposite effect and look tacky or like its trying too hard.
