I am not too sure about marijuana, other than the fact that If a fully developed adult can become intoxicated off of it the effects has to be overwhelming for a fetus. No amount of alcohol is considered to be good as far as developmentally to a developing fetus. Because, physicians can not tell at what amount it would effect the fetus. Nicotine is not good for an adult or fetus. I hope this helps.
