| Perhaps be there for a little while with the care giver, but let the care giver hold your baby and play with it. But be there so your baby has the security. Eventually leave for a little while with your baby still being with the care giver. Soon your baby will feel more secure and comfortable with the care giver and things should be fine =)

| My sister did this trick. She recorded the sitters voice just saying everyday things, conversations with her son, stories. Then when the sitter was not around she would play the tape for her son. He got use to her voice while she was not around so it was not something strange when he had to be with her. He eventually got use to her and they have been happy ever since. Good luck.
