problem is- you get those pages with the numbered lines on both sides, how do you type that up? I don't really undertsand where I'd get the template to retype all of that- inserting our personal information....help???it's a simple adoption- the fathers rights have already been terminated- I have full legal custody of my son- my husband wants to adoptno, really- i had the fathers legal rights terminated.

if there was anything that shouldn't be do it yourself, it's this one. if you don't do something right, you could lose the kid, screw up your family, destroy the child's psyche. hire an attorney for this one.
