PAPs can't have babies so they can use their money to keep families together. Maybe if you didn't give false hope to someone who can't have their own child, they wouldn't be salivating over yours. Why should they pay for your kid that you were going to give up to begin with? How is the PAPs fault if a mother changes her mind anyway? They are just trying to adopt an unwanted child.
