Too many questions....Probably your sexual development still is in progress while wet dreams aren't an obligatory step sure for everybody. It's normal for a testis to be longer than the other and a lot of guys have it, as well as the veins through the sack. Sexuality isn't a free choice and whatever will be yours you should live it freely and completely without shame and fighting any discrimination. There's nothing strange or to worry being gay.
