I've been reading all of these questions asked by other teenagers on this website, and none of them seem to have asked my question. Can frequent masturbation slow the rate of puberty?? Cause my penis has not grown at all. It's still like around 1-1.5 inch. flaccid, and 3-4 inches erect.
