| Please don't recommend buying any *expensive* excercise equipment (ie. Bowflex machines, tread climbers, eliptical trainers) unless they're not too pricey/they work really well (cuz I really don't plan on getting any anytime soon.)Please give me suggestions as to activities, workouts, videos, gyms, etc., especially to do conditioning. This sounds corny, but mainly to get a good looking body.

| eat well, no fast food, fried food or junk food.try to eat fresh fruits and veggies and stay away from the canned ones. For exercise, run run run. Its the best thing for you, if you don't like that, swimming is also good. you could get into cheerleading or dance, or horseback riding. hope i helped.

| Look...you might not like my answer, but what I know ,being a 17-year old girl, is that your body has just started developing...In other words, you cannot see results NOW...you cant expect to have a nice body (an adult's body) now or in two years time..So, what i suggest, is you work out @ home or @ the gym...At home you can do it yourself in your bed..do some push ups everyday...and stuff like that..and take care of your diet...Dont eat junk food etc...If you do these stuff, then when you r 18 and your body will have feen formed, then that form will be the one you like...All these years are very important for your final body..the one you will have for entire life after being a teenager...
