i don't think u would be having any signs yet so soon anyway. Its takes about 3 days to conceive let alone feel pregnant but everyones different.feeling pregnant, weird one but true, sickness, funny with smells ie raw meat etc, week stomach i had loss of appertite, very sleepy, hard to concentrate, scatty brain hope this helps
