Well obviously abortion of a healthy fetus is immoral but for unhealthy fetus or high risk of death to mom it is more of a grey area. IVF, test tube babies and fertility meds are all fine, supposedly but there are ethical issues there too. For example, some may consider it unethical to intentionally attempt to impregnate a women with 3+ fertilized eggs knowing that you have substantially decreased the odds of survival for all of those babies in the event that they all take.
